Sika – Major Marine Campaign now Underway

Sika Ltd, leaders in sealing, bonding, bedding, glazing and caulking for yachts and boats have instructed Broad Reach Communications Ltd to implement a major marine retail consumer and trade media campaign during 2012 / 2013.

The core objective of the campaign is to remind both professional and end-user consumers of Sika’s standing as experts in their field and reinforce Sikaflex i-Cure® as the UK’s leading range of high tech, user-friendly, single component polyurethane sealing and bonding solutions for marine use.

Utilising Broad Reach Communications’ nearly thirty years consumer and B2B publishing experience – eighteen of which have been dedicated to the marine industry – the strategy includes an intelligent mix of creative PR, targeted advertising and various sponsorship and branding of key sections within various printed media, backed up with a strong online presence.  At the core of the online campaign is a new ‘Expert Advice’ microsite on Sealing and Bonding http://www.ybw.com/expert-advice/bonding-and-sealing hosted by ybw.com, the umbrella website for the IPC Media marine publications.
